Beans over Rice

2 cups garbanzo, or pinto beans, drained.
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 cup parsley, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Saute onion and garlic in oil, add beans and parsley and heat through.
Serve over cooked brown rice.
