With decades of experience in personal and business
leadership, Stan has been a "leader" for most of his life. As an IT executive,
Stan has held numerous leadership positions, managed organizations comprised
of thousands of people, and successfully delivered multiple projects each valued
in the tens of millions ($).
Having experienced a life perspective "wake up
call" in 2002, Stan began his journey to define his own personal inner path.
Through his efforts to align his own passion and purpose with his work, the
seeds were planted for The Conscious Leadership Society, an organization
dedicated to raising personal and organizational leadership effectiveness
through the application of Conscious Leadership (CL). Stan coaches men and
women leaders in large corporate environments and small business, as well
as individuals looking to increase their own personal
effectiveness.
